N. Sheridan Road will be resurfaced from W. Bryn Mawr Ave. to N. Winthrop Ave. around the curve at Loyola University. The project is slated to start after the 4th of July weekend, beginning with concrete work (curbs, gutters, etc.) and then construction on the street will begin. Crews will work on the east side of the street first, then they will move to the west side of the street.

Our office will try to make this process as smooth as possible by giving you updates on upcoming phases of the project, but please note that there may be emergency situations that we cannot predict ahead of time, and your patience is appreciated. We will have a dedicated section in the newsletter every Friday for Sheridan Rd project updates. If you have any questions or concerns, please email harry@48thward.org
